Job Description

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting and overseeing daily operational activities across programs and departments. The role ensures efficient operations, high service quality, staff coordination, and compliance with company policies and procedures, while contributing to revenue growth and the achievement of operational and financial objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & Supervision

Provide clear operational direction to all departments to support business objectives. Ensure all staff work effectively as a team to deliver high service levels to members and guests. Monitor and continuously improve the quality of the club's products and services to maximize value for members and customers. Support management in the development and execution of short- and long-term objectives as outlined in the Annual Plan. Make operational and strategic recommendations to help the club achieve its full potential and maintain a strong membership base. Develop, implement, and maintain operational rules and regulations. Review organizational structures, procedures, and operational concepts, and contribute to improvement plans. Ensure all programs operate in compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the development and coordination of projects and initiatives with external partners.
Staff Management & Performance

Assess staff training needs and ensure participation in relevant training programs. Handle day-to-day staff-related operational matters. Conduct staff performance evaluations based on KPIs. Motivate and drive program teams to achieve monthly targets.
Financial & Reporting

Assist in controlling overall revenue lines for assigned programs. Support budget preparation and financial forecasting. Prepare and review weekly and monthly operational and financial reports. Analyze revenue reports and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Support

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand strategy and marketing campaigns. Support the achievement of sales and retention targets set by management. Contribute to the implementation of new revenue-generating ideas. Assist in updating marketing plans to support operating targets. Propose new initiatives to increase revenue and strengthen brand awareness.
Operations & Procurement

Coordinate with the Procurement team on product selection and obtaining quotations from external suppliers. Oversee all operational aspects of assigned programs to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
