Job Summary

Expargo Delivery Services is looking for a dedicated and hands-on

Operation Supervisor

to manage daily logistics and delivery operations. The role involves supervising teams, coordinating deliveries, onboarding drivers, and supporting business growth through client and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily

operations and delivery activities

. Handle

driver recruitment, onboarding, and performance supervision

. Actively participate in

deliveries

when required to ensure service standards.

Sort and dispatch shipments

to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Support company growth by

leveraging connections and building partnerships

to acquire more delivery orders. Plan, schedule, and allocate routes and driver assignments efficiently. Monitor delivery performance and ensure compliance with company procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate operational records (attendance, vehicle logs, delivery data). Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth operations. Enforce safety, service quality, and company policy compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience (2-4 years) in logistics, courier, or delivery operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of UAE roads and delivery processes. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery management software. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
