Manage and ensure effective employee/labor relations
Provides positive and strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring for employees/labors monitor performance and results
Assist with developing business relationships to ensure communication and efficient operations with third party vendors.
Develop all activity sites with necessary materials for efficient, safe, and service-oriented events.
Ensure product safety during storage and material handling activities
Maintain operation documentation and records to ensure compliance with company standards and local government regulatory agencies.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
