Operation Supervisor
Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Operation Supervisor. The Operation Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate activities, and ensure efficiency and productivity across various departments. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in operations management, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Coordinate with department managers to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet operational objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to optimize workflow and productivity. Resolve operational issues and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed. Maintain accurate records of operations activities, including inventory, production, and logistics. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
