SECURITY OPERATION SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTON & RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards . Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics. The responsibilities of the operations supervisor include training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring their department\'s compliance with operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties. Planning and executing departmental budgets.
