Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and staff activities
Coordinate manpower, schedules, and site requirements
Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure service quality
Prepare daily reports and update management on progress
Communicate with clients and resolve site-related issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid Qatar Driving License (Manual or Automatic)
- Mandatory* Minimum 2-4 years of experience in operations/supervision
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of cleaning, facilities management, or manpower operations is an advantage
