We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage our cleaning operations; your primary objective is to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our day-to-day operation. You will play a crucial role in managing operations, coordinating teams, and implementing strategies to uphold our commitment to delivering high-quality, thorough, and profession solutions to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Materials and Equipment Management:

- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of machinery and chemicals, including their applications.

- Perform routine inspections of the store to ensure it is well-stocked with necessary materials.

- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of vacuum machines to ensure continuous operation.

- Keep detailed records of allocated materials in company vehicles, documenting refills and replacements.

- Proficiently dilute disinfectants and chemicals according to prescribed guidelines.

- Uphold stock room organization and cleanliness to meet rigorous standards.

- Monitor uniform stock levels and initiate reordering when supplies are depleted.

Reports and Documentation:

- Compile comprehensive monthly reports for the manager, covering item inventory, drivers' logs, and stock checks.

- Provide detailed deep cleaning reports to direct management at the end of each month.

- Oversee team attendance records and submit daily reports to the general manager.

Partner Relations and Client Communication:

- Maintain positive partnerships with collaborators, promptly addressing concerns as they arise.

- Handle partner bookings, addressing complaints, monitoring ratings, and attending to cleaner concerns.

- Engage in proactive client communication, preparing quotations for various booking types.

- Resolve both direct and partner complaints within established time frames, maintaining timely customer communication.

Operation Booking:

- Utilize the booking system proficiently, including customer profile creation and service booking.

- Maintain an up-to-date roster of cleaners and ensure their smooth coordination.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness in drivers' logs, documenting all materials transported with team leaders' signatures.

- Assess deep cleaning assignments on-site when necessary, accurately determining machinery and manpower needs.

- Strategically plan and organize deep cleaning projects that do not require on-site visits, including resource allocation.

- Take full responsibility for resolving customer complaints related to deep cleaning services, emphasizing exceptional service delivery.

- Ensure the prompt return of materials to the office and accountability for any misplaced items.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in operation supervisor, with a focus on deep cleaning services

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, specifically in the context of deep cleaning operations.

- Proven ability to optimize operational processes and drive efficiency in the specialized deep cleaning service sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong customer service orientation.

- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
