We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor (POC) to oversee and manage delivery fleet operations inside one of Amazon's warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day delivery operations and rider performance.
Monitor attendance, route assignments, and shift scheduling.
Coordinate closely with Amazon warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Handle operational reports, delivery metrics, and issue resolution.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and team coordination among riders.
Support HR in hiring, onboarding, and training new riders.
Ensure full compliance with Amazon operational and safety standards.
Build and maintain strong communication between team members and management.
Experience & Skills Required:
? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics or delivery operations (Amazon or similar preferred)
? Proven ability to manage a team of riders or delivery associates
? Strong leadership and communication skills
? Good knowledge of delivery KPIs and reporting
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Salary: AED 2,500 - 3,500 (depending on experience)
