We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Operations Supervisor to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service standards, and lead a dynamic team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage of food and beverages.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
