We are looking for a operations manager *Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission *Thorough understanding of property/real estate/leasing and excellent commercial acumen. *Management of real estate business process in coordination with the CEO/ED *Supervise and advise research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin through property coordinators and associates *Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning *Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Property management and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions *Put forward suggestions for system corrections and improvement of procedures with a view to providing enhanced security and control of each properties. *Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy to improve the standards of the properties. *Monitor property expenses and financial performance. *Continuously assess and improve operational processes and workflows. Identify areas for increased efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement risk management strategies. Monitor insurance coverage and claims. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
