We are opening a new hypermarket and are looking for an Operation Manager with experience in same field. The position requires someone who can start from zero and can built up a team and handle all of the operation-related activities. Skills - A strong track record in Hypermarket Management.
- Good level of English. - Able to manage a large number of staff.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills. - A positive and 'can do' attitude. - Highly self-motivated and enjoy working with own initiative. - Display a positive and proactive approach to lead change.
