Job Description
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly drivers income reports
- Tracking the driver's moment and online hours
- Dealing with RTA for Drivers permit and company contract
- Employee contract and all visa process
- Drivers RTA card process from English test to issuing RTA permit
- To manage entire team ensuring consistent operational flow
- To arrange and arbitrate Fleet and Manpower planning ensuring seamless provision of services at all times
- Excellent location knowledge for all routes in UAE
- To Respond to customer complaints as part of service recovery and take necessary remedial actions for customer satisfaction
- To Plan and outline operational workflow for all team members and make vehicle induction plan for future usage for smooth operations.
- To Design procedures and systems for smooth and consistent Chauffeur Drive operations
- To search for new contracts in the market in order to increase sales.
