Manage and process all visa applications (employment, renewal, cancellation, etc.) for employees.
Liaise with government entities such as MOHRE, DED, Immigration, Free Zone Authorities, etc.
Handle company formation, trade license renewals, amendments, and liquidation processes in both Mainland and Free Zones.
Prepare and submit legal documents to government departments and Free Zone authorities as required.
Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting labor, immigration, and company compliance.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and status tracking of all government-related work.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar PRO and Operations role in UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor law, immigration processes, and Free Zone regulations.
Experience dealing with authorities such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, DMCC, JAFZA, etc.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
