. We help entrepreneurs and businesses navigate the UAE's legal and regulatory landscape, ensuring a

smooth, compliant, and hassle-free setup process

across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.

Position: Business Operation Executive

We are urgently seeking a

motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused female candidate

to join our dynamic team as a

Business Operation Executive

.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

end-to-end company formation processes

in Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions. Prepare, review, and submit applications for

trade licenses, visas, and related approvals

. Coordinate with UAE government authorities such as

DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone entities

. Ensure

timely license renewals, visa processing, and compliance updates

. Maintain

accurate client records

and provide regular updates on application progress. Stay up to date with

UAE business setup regulations and policies

to ensure compliance.

Candidate Requirements



Female candidates only (currently in UAE). Minimum

1-2 years of UAE experience

in business setup or company formation operations. Strong knowledge of

Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore formation processes

. Familiarity with UAE portals (DED, MOHRE, ICA, etc.). Excellent

English communication skills

(Arabic is an advantage). Highly

organized, proactive, and client-focused

. Proficiency in

MS Office tools

.
