Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator, Logistics Officer, or similar role in trading/import-export.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to coordinate between suppliers, logistics partners, and clients.
Attention to detail in handling trade documents
Responsibilities (General Trading Focus)
Coordinate day-to-day trading operations and logistics.
Ensure timely processing of import/export documents and customs clearance.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, and deliveries.
Support management in preparing reports and handling client requirements.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies.
