Hiring: Female Sales Coordinator (On Husband Visa) - Sharjah

Position: Sales Coordinator (Female, on Husband Visa)

Salary: AED 3,000 - 4,000

Objective:

To support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company, and helping the department meet its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Liaise with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing. Respond promptly to client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance by compiling and analyzing data from internal systems. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Proven experience in a sales coordination or sales supervision role Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Immediate joiners preferred
