Overview

Manage communication campaigns for the growth of digital payments within the company: Design, implement, and evaluate communication strategies that promote the use of digital payments among customers. Manage campaigns with different areas to increase recurring payments: Collaborate with various areas of the company to develop and implement campaigns that encourage recurring payments. Coordinate with payment channels to ensure timely delivery of information: Maintain constant communication with payment channels and oversee the accurate and timely delivery of information. Generate campaigns with collection agencies to enable the growth of direct debit payments: Establish strategic alliances with collection agencies and develop campaigns that encourage direct debit payments. Ensure the operational continuity of collection processes: Monitor and optimize collection processes to ensure their efficiency and operational continuity. Ensure the optimal and timely operation of the applications under your responsibility: Monitor and maintain the collection systems and applications, ensuring their optimal operation and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Job Requirements

Technologist or at least 5 semesters in administrative careers (communication, industrial engineering, among other related fields). Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in activities related to communication strategies and collection. You manage programs: + Digital Marketing Strategies: Knowledge of how to design, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns to promote digital payments.
+ Communication Tools: Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms such as social media, email marketing, and content management
