Operations and Administrative Assistant - Retail Support
Join Al-Futtaim Group and support retail operations with your strong analytical, reporting, and administrative skills. We are looking for an Operations and Administrative Assistant to support our retail division in managing staff-related data, stock control, cash handling, and system reporting for effective store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate store data and provide timely reports to the Senior Admin Assistant
  • Coordinate with HR and regional operations teams for employee information updates
  • Support stock control processes, ensuring daily and periodic inventory accuracy
  • Manage documentation for supplier bills, approvals, and follow-ups with the accounts team
  • Reconcile daily store takings and handle petty cash, safe fund, and foreign exchange
  • Perform credit card reconciliations and prepare accurate administrative reports
  • Assist in onboarding and induction training schedules for new staff
  • Ensure accurate system entries for stock receipts, transfers, and returns
  • Order and manage stationery supplies for the store and admin team
Job Requirements:
Education:
  • High school diploma required (bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience:
  • 2 to 5 years of retail sales or administrative support experience
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and capable of generating business reports
  • Effective communicator with good time management and teamwork abilities
