Maintenance & Operations Engineer

to lead our maintenance division and drive operational excellence.

Position Overview

The Maintenance & Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of the maintenance division -- from planning and scheduling to execution and client handover. This role requires strong engineering knowledge (preferably with an AC background), practical leadership, and the ability to manage both technical teams and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the maintenance team and oversee day-to-day operations. Plan and organize resources, schedules, and workloads for efficient service delivery. Conduct site visits, supervise ongoing work, and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare work orders, service reports, and analysis for management review. Lead client meetings, understand customer requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Ensure smooth execution of jobs from initiation to completion. Implement cost-effective strategies and identify opportunities for generating income. Coordinate technical support for AC systems, MEP, and other maintenance services. Monitor team performance, provide training, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Act as the key point of contact for clients regarding maintenance operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Strong technical knowledge, especially in

Air Conditioning systems

. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance operations management in Dubai. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and client management skills. Practical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
