As an Operation Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization\'s daily operations. Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records and databases of the organization\'s operations
Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Manage inventory and supplies for the office and coordinate with vendors for office equipment maintenance and repairs
Prepare and present reports on the organization\'s operations to the executive team
Assist with event planning and organization for conferences, seminars, and other events hosted by the organization
Provide administrative support to the executive team and handle any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2 years of experience in administrative or operations role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Knowledge of quality assurance and finance principles is a plus
