Operations & Business Development Manager - Easy Sell Buy (Premium Cars, Qatar) Company Overview: Easy Sell Buy is a Qatar-based premium car buying and selling business. We specialize in providing professional, efficient, and high-quality services to owners of premium cars. We are seeking a skilled manager to oversee operations, grow the business, and ensure excellent customer experience. Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to manage the daily operations of Easy Sell Buy and grow the business. This role involves managing the team, handling premium clients, and ensuring high standards in all operations. Local candiate only with Noc and ready to join . Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations including car intake, inspection, photography, listing, and client communication. Develop and implement business strategies to grow revenue and attract new premium clients. Manage, train, and lead a small team to ensure efficiency and professionalism. Maintain excellent customer experience and handle client inquiries professionally. Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report results regularly. Protect confidential business information and adhere to company policies. Requirements / Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years managerial experience or more in operations, preferably in automotive or premium car industry. Experience managing a team and executing business strategies. Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proactive and able to work independently. Valid Qatar Driving License required. Experience dealing with premium clients preferred. Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: QAR 7,000 - 8,000 Housing: Included Transportation: Included Phone & Internet: Included Commission / Bonus: Per car sold or monthly profit-based Reporting: Reports directly to management.
