Our client in the marketing and creative services sector is expanding and looking for
Business Development Managers
to join their growing team. If you're passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and driving agency growth -- we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare compelling proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Confidently represent the agency in meetings and industry events
What You Bring:
3-5 years of BD experience in advertising, branding, or marketing agencies
Solid understanding of creative agency services and how to pitch them effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure
Professional presence with strategic thinking
Note: Candidates must submit a Quarterly Business Development Plan as part of the selection process.
