Opener / Drinks Maker / Server Crab And Lobster Restaurant – Dubai
Job Description
- Open the restaurant daily and prepare all areas for operation
- Clean the restaurant floor and ensure front-of-house areas are neat and ready before opening
- Clean and check the washroom, refill tissues, hand towels, and soap, and ensure full hygiene compliance
- Prepare the drinks station, organize ingredients, cut fruits, and set up all drink-making equipment
- Make fresh juices, mojitos, and beverages according to restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the drinks area as per Dubai Municipality requirements
- Serve drinks and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and ensure drinks are delivered quickly
- Clean and sanitize counters, blenders, utensils, and all drink-making tools
- Assist the service team when needed, including clearing and resetting tables
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Experience as a bar helper, juice maker, opener, or server preferred
- Basic knowledge of beverages and customer service
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable for early shifts
