Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Order taker/Cashier/Drinks maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about contributing to our growing brand. This role involves greeting customers, customer interaction, taking accurate orders, making assorted drinks, packing food, dealing with online delivery partners and cashiering, to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pizza/burger/Shawerma chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about contributing to our growing brand. This role involves a mix of food preparation, customer interaction, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Drinks, ice cream and salad Preparation Order Management: Take phone and physical orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Service: Serve customers at the counter, manage dine-in and takeaway orders, and provide a welcoming experience. Stock Control: Monitor and replenish inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained. Upselling: Actively promote menu items and special offers to maximize sales. Online Deliveries: Manage and coordinate online delivery orders through platforms, ensuring timely dispatch. Cleaning & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining area in compliance with food safety standards. Social Media Marketing:Assist in creating engaging social media content to promote the restaurant and attract customers.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred. Freshers can apply too as training can be provided Own Visa candidates Only! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional purposes

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
