Job Description
We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Site Event Coordinator based in Fujairah. : As a Site Event Coordinator in Fujairah, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events within the region. We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of Fujairah\'s local areas, vendors, and cultural nuances. Responsibilities:
Contract length: 6 months Salary: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives and vision for Fujairah-based events.
- Leverage local knowledge to select and manage Fujairah-based vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of on-site events in Fujairah, ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive experience.
- Utilize your familiarity with Fujairah\'s areas to choose optimal event locations that align with client preferences.
- Create and manage event timelines, adhering to local regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a harmonious and culturally aware event execution.
- Manage event budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that may arise during events in Fujairah.
- Stay informed about local trends, traditions, and cultural nuances to enhance event planning.
- Proven experience as an event coordinator with a focus on Fujairah or the surrounding region.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with cultural sensitivity.
- Familiarity with Fujairah\'s local areas, vendors, and event-related services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local event planning regulations and practices in Fujairah.
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
