The Online Store Specialist is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing the company's online sales presence across all digital channels. The role owns the end-to-end operation of online marketplaces and platforms, including channel setup, product listings, daily operations, customer experience, and basic digital marketing and SEO optimization to support sales growth.
The initial focus of the role is to build and launch the company's online presence, followed by ongoing operational management, visibility optimization, and sales growth across all assigned channels.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage the company's online sales presence across all assigned channels, including Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Haraj, and any additional platforms.
Set up, configure, and maintain seller accounts, storefronts, and brand profiles on each platform.
Create, upload, and manage product listings, ensuring accurate content, pricing, images, and compliance with platform policies.
Optimize product listings for search visibility (SEO) within marketplaces and owned platforms using relevant keywords, titles, and descriptions.
Support basic digital marketing activities, including marketplace promotions, sponsored listings, campaigns, and coordination with marketing teams when required.
Manage daily online operations, including order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer communications.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and accurate inventory across channels.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, promotions, competitor activity, and online trends, and recommend necessary actions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, reviews, disputes, and seller performance metrics.
Track performance across all channels, including sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign results, and prepare regular reports with improvement recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
Working knowledge of SEO principles, marketplace search optimization, and online product visibility.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, promotions, and sponsored listings within marketplaces.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace policies.
Ability to manage multiple sales channels simultaneously.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of online channels.
