space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online sales channels, product listings, promotions, and customer experience across multiple platforms.

Manage and optimize our e-commerce presence on platforms such as our

Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat business
Oversee product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images across all online platforms
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on sales, traffic, customer behavior, and channel ROI
Implement promotional campaigns and seasonal offers tailored to each platform
Monitor and improve customer experience, return rates, and service feedback
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving e-commerce tools
Collaborate with marketing for SEO, social media, and paid campaign integration
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-4 years of experience in e-commerce channel management
, preferably in
FMCG, supermarket, or organic retail
Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) and retail CMS/e-commerce tools
Experience with
order processing systems, inventory management
, and customer support workflows
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
