We are a growing organic supermarket & retail group in the UAE, seeking a talented and proactive

E-commerce Channel Manager

to manage and grow our presence on platforms like

Amazon, InstaShop, Noon, Talabat

, and other key online channels. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience managing digital marketplaces and e-commerce operations, ideally in the

supermarket, FMCG, or grocery

industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone

new to the UAE

but with 2

-4 years of strong experience in their home country

handling similar online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage our online stores and product listings on

Amazon, InstaShop, Noon, Talabat

, and company website Monitor and optimize product visibility, pricing, stock levels, and promotions across all platforms Coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely deliveries Analyze sales data and generate performance reports for each online channel Manage catalog updates, including new product uploads, descriptions, images, categories, and attributes Handle customer reviews, ratings, and service-related inquiries through online portals Run campaigns and promotions in collaboration with platform account managers Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines Propose strategies for growth, customer retention, and competitive pricing Collaborate closely with logistics and delivery teams to streamline operations

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience

in managing e-commerce channels like Amazon, InstaShop, Noon, etc. Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, SEO for product listings, and competitor analysis Experience in the

FMCG / Supermarket / Grocery / Retail

sector is highly preferred Good command of Excel and reporting tools Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, InstaShop backend, Shopify, or WooCommerce is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Ready to work in a

fast-paced, UAE-based retail environment

Candidates currently in the UAE or willing to relocate will be preferred
