Job Description

We are looking for a

professional, trustworthy, and highly organized Online Store Operations Specialist

to handle daily operations, customer communication, and client follow-ups for our online business.

This role requires

excellent English speaking and writing skills

, strong customer service abilities, and comfort with

international calls, WhatsApp communication, and data management

.

Key Responsibilities:



Upload and manage

product listings on a daily basis

Provide

high-quality customer support

via messages and calls Make

international phone calls (mainly to customers in the United States)

for: Order follow-ups Delivery confirmations Issue resolution Communicate with

shipping and logistics companies

when needed Follow up with

previous customers

to re-engage them and encourage repeat orders Manage and organize a

customer database (1,400+ clients)

Enter phone numbers and send

WhatsApp messages

to keep customers engaged Track orders, inventory, and sales data using

Excel / Google Sheets

Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures Attend

weekly or monthly coordination meetings

when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)

Strong

phone communication and customer support skills

Comfortable making

international calls

Very good knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets

Highly

organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Ability to handle

sensitive customer data confidentially

Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

Preferred (Not Mandatory):



Based in or near

Rabat / Temara

Experience in

customer support, call handling, or online operations

Experience managing

client databases or CRM systems
