We are looking for a

Customer Support Specialist

to join our team in Marrakech (on-site).

Job Responsibilities



Provide

excellent customer support

to eGrow users through email, WhatsApp, and calls. Assist clients with

technical issues

, integrations, and platform setup. Guide new users during onboarding and explain features clearly. Troubleshoot automation workflows and basic technical problems. Collaborate with the product & development team to report bugs and improvement suggestions. Produce clear documentation, FAQs, and short tutorials when needed. Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Strong communication and customer-service skills. Good understanding of technology, SaaS platforms, or digital tools. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions quickly. Knowledge of

automations

(WhatsApp, email, integrations) is a strong plus. Additional languages (French, Spanish...) are a bonus. Organized, patient, and able to work under pressure.

5,000 MAD / month
