Job Description

We are urgently seeking a

Customer Support Specialist

to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will assist our online customers of our marketplace by responding to inquiries related to orders, guiding customers through a process, payments, deliveries, returns, and product information.

Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of care every day--whether through phone, email, or live chat. Our goal is to provide a seamless and positive shopping experience while supporting our brand's reputation for exceptional service, to ensure each customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer queries via phone, live chat and email regarding orders, returns, refunds, shipping, and product details. Troubleshoot order issues such as delayed shipments, payment failures, or damaged goods Assist customers in navigating the website, placing orders, and using promotional codes Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems Coordinate with logistics, and product teams to resolve customer issues quickly Monitor and report on recurring issues or trends to help improve processes and customer satisfaction Contribute to the creation and maintenance of help center articles, FAQs, and automated responses

Requirements and Skills:



Previous experience in e-commerce customer support or online retail is highly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;

Arab speaker

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in customer service platforms and order management systems Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools Flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays during peak periods (if applicable).
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
