About the Role:
Grandseal is seeking a proactive and results-driven Online Sales Representative to manage and grow our digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of online selling platforms, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize online sales through company platforms and marketplaces.
Create and maintain accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase online revenue.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce.
Background in construction materials or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Tagalog
Nationality : Philippines (Required)
Familiarity with e-commerce tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
