Role Overview

As a Junior Online Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our online sales efforts. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills, engage with customers, and contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.

Sales Conversion:

Assist customers through the purchasing process, providing product information and recommendations to drive sales.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales Supervisor and product teams to align sales strategies.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM and MS Office Tools.
Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM systems / MS office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
