Job Description
Engage with potential customers through various online channels, including websites, social media, email, and chat. Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Generate leads and identify potential customers through online marketing strategies, campaigns, and data analysis. Conduct online sales presentations to showcase products or services, address customer needs, and highlight value propositions. Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring pricing information is clear and competitive. Handle online orders and ensure a smooth and efficient order processing system. Provide online customer support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage customer interactions, sales, and leads. Prepare and analyze sales reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for improvement.
