TODA serves as an interface between customers and suppliers, offering functionalities for viewing, ordering, and tracking the suppliers' products. The company aims to bridge the gap between consumer demand and supplier availability, enhancing the buying experience for customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for an Online Sales Specialist (Arabic Speakers). The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing sales activities, implementing online marketing strategies, and providing training to new team members. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with customers and suppliers to ensure a smooth sales process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Sales and Online Marketing Ability to provide Training to team members Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with online sales platforms and e-commerce Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
