Monthly Salary:

AED 4,000 as sales shouldn't be less than AED 12,000.

Full-time - 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Days Off:

One day off per work week or two consecutive days off every two consecutive work weeks.

Who We Are:

The Soap Boutique is an Emirati business specialized manufacture of high-quality & competitively priced glycerin soap, skincare, & body/hair care products across the UAE. Established by Maryam Al Remeithi in 2010. Our business was initially limited to online sales, but we are currently working on commercial expansion. We have a cart in Mushrif Mall, & we aim to expand into other shopping centers & malls.

Job Requirements:

Sales associate with at least one year of experience. Fluent in both Arabic & English. Holds an academic qualification (high school diploma) or a bachelor's degree in one of the following specializations: Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or other similar specializations. Preference for experience in the following sectors (not mandatory): soap, skincare and body care products, makeup, perfumes, pharmaceuticals. Preference for having private transportation or a driver's license (not mandatory).

Skills/Abilities:

Strong Verbal Communication Skills. Ability to market & promote products face-to-face. Ability to persuade & negotiate. Cashiering knowledge & the use of point-of-sale (POS) devices as well as financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

Selling & marketing products to customers face-to-face at the kiosk. Educating customers about products & their benefits, attracting customers with special kiosk offers & discounts. Taking customer orders, preparing them, printing invoices, handling payment & accounting. Recording pre-paid orders & informing the manager accordingly. Conducting inventory, receiving product deliveries, arranging them in the kiosk, and decorating the kiosk from time to time as requested by the manager. Regularly ensuring the quality of products, packaging, their boxes, & reporting any defects observed in the products. Cleaning the kiosk, organizing it, & sorting products daily. Receiving influencers, celebrities, & VIPs. Welcoming them to the kiosk, introducing the business & its products, and persuading them to purchase or make commercial deals. Informing the manager in case of any malfunctions in the kiosk, kiosk devices, products, or other matters related to the kiosk. Informing the manager of any customer complaints or suggestions & dealing with them professionally & courteously, cooperating with them to resolve issues or implement suggestions. Informing the manager of any documents, information, or complaints shared by the management.

Important Notes:

Raising the level of sales is the employee's responsibility. The employee will only be trained on our sales/marketing methods at known The Soap Boutique, & the benefits of the products. Upon successfully completing the probationary & training period & becoming an official employee, the individual must at that time be:

Proficient in market analysis:

Understanding customer requirements, what they need & like, focusing on their interests, & informing the manager of customer suggestions & comments that would improve & develop the business.

Proficient in analyzing sales invoices:

The employee must be diligent in reviewing their invoices periodically, scrutinizing their details, & analyze their own productivity level in sales. If the employee notices that the products on the invoice are very similar & lack variety ==> focus on marketing more variety. If the employee notices that the products they sell are not related to each other ==> market related/compatible products that are sold as steps or a daily/weekly routine, convince the customer of them, & inform them of the benefits of this routine. The employee must be keen on deducing & inferring from these details in their own invoices, as this information will help the employee increase target sales, build long-term relationships, and ensure customer loyalty.

Able to build long-term relationships with customers:

Being knowledgeable about the benefits of the products & the story of the TSB brand, & marketing in the correct & credible way. Ensuring not to sell randomly but focusing sales & marketing on what the customer needs, as credibility is what builds long-term relationships with customers.

Able to adapt, accept challenges, and constructive criticism for professional development:

From time to time, we may need to participate in specific events &festivals, whether inside or outside the mall, & the employee must be able to gain customer satisfaction & increase sales even at other events.
Knowing that the employee has the greatest opportunity to convince the customer to purchase at the kiosk, as they speak to them face-to-face, see them daily/weekly/monthly, and the employee can read the customer's expressions & understand their behavior and what they like and want.

Dress Code:

Dress is a personal freedom as long as it is modest & long, not transparent, tight, short, or offensive to UAE's customs' & traditions' in any way. Showing tattoos is strictly prohibited & must be covered well. Wearing piercings in the nose, tongue, gums, etc., is prohibited in the work environment, except for earrings.

Important Note:

Accommodation, transportation, & residency are not currently included in the employment contract, the employee is responsible for these at their own expense. It is preferable for the employee's accommodation to be close to Deerfields Mall, for example: Al Bahia, Al Samha, Al Sadr, Al Falah, or Al Shamkha areas.
