Support in merchandising functions for SSS online division. Core Responsibilities:
Support in excel reporting in an efficient and timely execution for the team on weekly, monthly, seasonal and yearly basis
Inventory management – Daily analysis of brand bestsellers to ensure in stock position is maintained per region
Upload product data to the online website data management system- ensuring it is accurate and in line with the system and website requirements
Stock reconciliation between our multiple warehouse locations, online and offline systems
Liaising with brand suppliers on Order confirmations, and invoicing, reporting any discrepancies to brand and/or superior
Manage delivery of stock alongside supply chain within agreed timelines, ensuring that purchase orders and all system data is maintained accurately
Maintain full price and markdown pricing uploads in line with brand and business guidelines accurately for each GCC region
Maintain daily an accurate order table in line with the confirmed supplier order for all brands
Adhoc analysis as and when required.
Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year
Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth
Job Requirements: Bachelors in any discipline
Experience 3 years of Online Merchandising experience Skills: Advanced Excel level SAP experience Ecommerce experience Communication skills - fluent
