This role involves executing sales activities as directed by the Head of
E-commerce to drive sales for our range of mattresses, furniture, and home decor
products across various online platforms. Candidates must be willing to work in
rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per
business requirements.
Key
Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
Implement online sales activities in line with the strategies and directions provided by the Head of E-commerce.
Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights to the Head of E-commerce for further action.
Omni channel Coordination:
Assist in managing sales activities across multiple channels, including the company website, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
Ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all channels.
Customer Engagement:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in both English and Arabic, providing exceptional service.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and returns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Delivery & Fulfillment Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock availability.
Administrative Support:
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Head of E-commerce.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in online sales, preferably within the home furnishings or e-commerce sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Attributes:
