We are looking for a dynamic and experienced online Furniture Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Handle online inquiries and sales through social media platforms, emails, and other digital channels. Create and manage social media ads to attract new customers and generate leads. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of furniture products and trends to provide expert advice. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and follow-up.

Mandatory Requirements:

Proven experience in furniture sales. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (CANVA, 2d basic drawings etc). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals. High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree is a plus point)
