We are a leading food distribution company in the UAE, looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Online Marketing & Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

HORECA sector

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both

digital marketing campaigns

and

direct sales

to increase brand visibility and revenue growth across hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

Key Responsibilities:Online Marketing:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Manage and update company website and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content Analyze online engagement and lead generation performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging content tailored for the food and hospitality industry.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and approach new business opportunities within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers). Conduct regular client visits to promote products and build strong customer relationships. Provide samples, conduct tastings, and manage negotiations to close sales deals. Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities:

Maintain an up-to-date customer database and manage CRM tools. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and online marketing, preferably in the

food & beverage industry

. Solid knowledge of the

HORECA segment

in the UAE.

Valid UAE driving license

is a must. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Fluent in English
