We are currently looking for a Regional Contingent Workforce Specialist for IMEA in our Dubai Office!

The Opportunity:

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Regional Contingent Workforce Specialist for the India, Middle East and Africa region. This role will be part of the global Human Capital Operations team, responsible for

assessing contractor companies and individual contractor profiles,

establishing the most appropriate contractual set ups, for each profile and formalizing it with the relevant parties

populating documentation for Oliver Wyman\xe2\x80\x99s external contractor regional population,

setting up external contractor regional population on respective HR systems

support the negotiation of terms with third party vendors

coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers, working closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, IT, talent management, etc.) on the full lifecycle of contingent workers from sourcing candidates, to approvals, to onboarding and offboarding

manage data and produce reports to support contractor management

Specifically, the role will be responsible for assigned programs and for supporting the administrative needs of formalizing external cooperation for the regional team in IMEA.

This role will have a regional focus within IMEA, although will be expected to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Being part of a global team, supporting compliance to rules and regulations in the various regions, the individual will need to be working diligently and be detail-oriented. They must be able to work autonomously and while under SLA pressure be able to perform in a fast paced, demanding and global professional services environment.

The role requires a high degree of diligence, significant attention to detail and strong process compliance orientation. In addition, the role requires excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, engaging productively with the business and operations teams at all levels, to get to the best outcome.

Moreover, a good understanding of the impact of immigration on contractual set ups across regions would be useful for the role.

The candidate should present fluency in English (B2 / C1).

I. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Contractor population maintenance (~60%)

Support internal clients on due processes and ensure these are being followed,

Monitor processes via dedicated software and troubleshoot or escalate issues directly with end users,

Understand end to end processes in scope and support Senior and Mid-level management office colleagues in providing detailed requirements relating to services in demand,

Share process insights for updates being implemented for efficiency gains or compliance. Provide training where appropriate.

Data management and reporting (~30%)

General understanding of due diligence,

Demonstrating consultative approach where Legal or Compliance support is required,

Partnering with the Regional Teams, Global Support Professionals Team,

Monitor or Input data into Workday or other supporting systems according to process requirements, ensure data accuracy, flag any issues,

Generate reports out of systems in use to measure and improve the effectiveness of the onboarding process and provide data-based insights to achieve the firm\xe2\x80\x99s short- and long-term goals,

Report on appropriate measurement indicators.

Support Internal Audit and Compliance (~10%)

Prepare communication to support adoption of process changes

Collate data and monitor adoption of process changes locally.

Candidate Experience Profile:

Previous work experience in an international environment within compliance, procurement or vendor management, or alternatively HR would be desirable.
