Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious

Hydraulic Offshore Crawler Crane Operator

with expertise in

vibro operations, rigging, drilling, land compaction, and heavy lifting

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

TPC (Total Process Control)

,

dynamic compaction

, and

vibro compaction techniques

, with the ability to interpret

load charts and technical drawings

accurately to ensure safe and efficient crane operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate offshore hydraulic crawler cranes in accordance with operational and safety procedures. Perform lifting, rigging, vibro compaction, and dynamic compaction tasks as per project requirements. Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure proper crane functioning. Assist in offshore drilling, foundation works, and land compaction activities. Interpret and apply crane load charts to determine safe working limits for all lifting tasks. Collaborate with rigging teams and site engineers to execute precise lifting and placement of materials. Maintain accurate daily logs of operations and safety inspections. Adhere strictly to offshore safety regulations and company policies. Ensure compliance with TPC protocols during crane and compaction operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating hydraulic crawler cranes in offshore or marine environments. Specialized knowledge in

vibro and dynamic compaction

,

rigging

,

drilling

, and

land compaction

operations. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and crane load charts. Valid offshore survival (BOSIET or equivalent) and crane operation certifications. Knowledge of TPC procedures and best practices. Physically fit, safety-oriented, and able to work in challenging offshore conditions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

NCCCO or equivalent international crane operator certification. Experience with heavy lifts and specialized offshore lifting equipment. Familiarity with GPS and monitoring systems used in land improvement operations.
