Job Description
We are looking for a
EMIRATI - Technical Support
with strong experience innetwork troubleshooting and infrastructure support
. This role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining network stability, and providing hands-on assistance to users and internal teams.-MUST COMPLETED NATIONAL SERVICE

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network devices Monitor network performance and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime Assist with configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls Document technical issues, solutions, and support processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT service delivery
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on 2 years experience in
network support and troubleshooting
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar network systems is a plus Excellent analytical and communication skills Certifications such asNetwork+ or CCNA
are advantageous but not requiredJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
