Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for computer systems, mobile devices, and network issues.
Respond to user queries via helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails, ensuring timely resolution.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and email configurations using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Assist with video conferencing, remote access (VPN), and IT onboarding/offboarding.
Document technical issues, solutions, and maintain IT inventory records.
Escalate unresolved problems to senior IT team members or vendors.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
1-3 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles.
Fluent in Arabic and English
- written and spoken.
Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking concepts.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong troubleshooting and time management abilities.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
