Job Description

To provide strategic support and recommendations using data driven insights for the department and other key stakeholders by ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and update team performance periodic reports and dashboards for the Head of Department with suggestion/analysis to improve department performance.
• Provide up to date, Accurate and SMART (Specific / Measurable / Achievable / Realistic / Time-Bounded)
• Provide MIS reports that identify achievement accomplished against the assigned target.
• Maintain data confidentiality and established data management system to file the department reports and data sheets
• Respond to ad-hoc requests of reports and analysis from Head of Department / other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly performance, feedback and initiatives decks
• Provide up to date, accurate reports that identify staff/department achievement accomplished against the assigned target.
• Undertake ownership for transformation projects related to Solutions Hub to build solutions through collaboration with the stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities & initiatives that support transformation of process & system aligned with the digital journey of the Bank
• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the SLAs of the department
• Ensure complete adherence of CPR regulations within Solutions Hub and strictly monitor all key regulatory guidelines to maintain a fully compliant environment
• Have a robust monitoring mechanism in place for TAT monitoring for all after sales services
• Ensure all regulatory and controls related activities are executed and reported in timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/ Marketing /Banking/Business information system
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Banking with exposure to Sales, marketing, Credit, Branches & Operation
