Services include diabetes and endocrinology, family medicine, and pharmacies.
Role Overview
We are hiring an Officer - Insurance Services / Medical Coder to support daily insurance operations including authorizations, submissions, and claims processing. The role also involves medical coding, especially in ophthalmology, while ensuring compliance with M42 guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance authorizations, submissions, and resubmissions
- Process medical claims accurately
- Ensure compliance with billing and insurance guidelines
- Support insurance verification and eligibility
- Maintain records and assist in payment tracking
- Perform coding for OP and Daycase services
- Coordinate with billing and clinical teams
- Medical Coder with minimum 2 years UAE experience in preauthorization for outpatient (OP) and daycase services
- Prior experience in ophthalmology preapprovals and coding
- Sound knowledge of medical terminologies
