Responsibilities:
- To build and maintain database for all the sales and procurement contracts
- Maintaining document control systems
- Ensuring accuracy of logs and registers.
- Storing, cataloging and retrieval of documents in share folder.
- Maintaining integrity of working documents and updating of versions.
- Ensuring document security and removal of obsolete documents.
- Controlling employees? access to documents to avoid accidental deletion or changes.
- Tracking and processing of documents which requires approvals.
- Monitor contracts expirations and license expirations to send reminder to relevant business teams to ensure business continuity.
- To always maintain work confidentiality and abide with the Company?s Acceptable Use Policy.
