Job Description

Job Title: Officer - Facility Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 2 Years Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree Industry: Avaition Industry

Language: Excellent in English / Arabic JOB DESCRIPTION: Schedule and monitor the installation and maintenance of air conditioning, landscaping, lighting, plumbing, electrical power supplies, and other main services to all areas. Ensure policies and procedures are in place to deal with emergencies such as blackouts and shutdown in an effective manner. Undertake proper measures to establish systems to reduce the utilities' cost. Analyse utilities bills and release payments Suggest initiatives for energy saving and cutting cost. Facility Maintenance Contracts. Monitor sub-contractors' contracts, evaluate outsource service providers in terms of quality, speed, response rate, accuracy of work done, and offered financial charges.
