Job Description
Plan and coordinate daily tasks for the brigade, ensuring smooth workflow. Oversee reinforcement work and make sure all tasks meet project specifications and quality standards. Maintain safe working conditions and enforce compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. Provide regular updates to management on work progress and report any issues or delays. Read, understand and implement construction plans and technical drawings. Carry out installation and preparation of reinforcement elements for different structural types. Measure and determine the required building materials for each task. Prepare and apply cement mixtures to structural components as needed. Keep the work area clean, organized and in good working order.
Job Requirements
Experience in construction and leading a team. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Knowledge of anchoring techniques and prestressed reinforcement. Willingness to travel for extended business trips within the country. Responsible, disciplined and able to communicate effectively.
