Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:
To manage and maintain the effective record keeping of all technical data and certificate validity for the Compliance Monitoring Department's regulatory obligations and internal quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains employee records for compliance monitoring personnel ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Maintains license and mandatory training records for all certifying personnel to ensure compliance.
• Manages the issuance of certificates, personnel authorization certificates, and stamps.
• Reviews and processes documentation for license and authorization application.
• Conducts quality control check of maintained internal department records to ensure correctness and completeness.
• Maintains and monitors training, certification and licensing records of out-station certifying personnel.
• Processes the applications in the areas of: Flight Crew PDI, OPS SPEC, Postholders, Radio License applications and certification.
• Uploads all relevant documents to EFOS, transferring all GCAA publications for circulation and any other external publication as assigned.
• Ensures the continued validity of Radio License applications and Certifications through timely renewals.
• Controls and issues personnel authorizations certificate for necessary stakeholders.
• Maintains and monitors the Compliance Monitoring Department correspondence with the GCAA.
• Maintains one-offs, MEL Repair Interval Extension and Aircraft Maintenance Program Variations in AMOS.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
• Fluent in English
• Working experience of AMOS, GCAA E-services, Microsoft Office
• Years with qualifications: 0 - 2 years

ISR Requirements:
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
